Did you conceive with one ovary????? If so please read and please please answer?

I'm surprised she hasn't asked her doctor and I'm surprised the doctor hasn't reured her that it is possible to get pregnant with only one ovary. The ovaries take turns releasing eggs and although it may take longer to conceive it's very possible.
