If Ativan makes my tingly chest pains go away, does that mean theres nothing wrong with my heart?

Probably a dumb question. But say there was something other than anxiety causing my tingly crawly annoying chest "pains" (not so much pain as opposed to an uncomfortable feeling of impending doom), and I take an Ativan and the feeling goes away, since the Ativan is meant to treat anxiety, does that rule out any serious heart conditions? Either way I'm going to the doc for an EKG but I'm just curious of the medical aspect of my question. Thanks for any help I really really appreciate it
