Is it okay to have with him?

Okay before I ask my question I wanna start off by saying that I am only looking for intelligent adult mature answers!! So here goes. I am 24 years old and have had ONE relationship. It was really bad and ever since then I've had a really hard time trusting anybody. Now 9 months ago I started talking to this great guy from an online dating site. We clicked immediately but have never met because I've been so afraid. But this Saturday we will finally meet. Now for the entire 9 months I haven't so much as look at another men,much less have with anybody. And he told me that its been the same for him. Now I may be a little gullible or naive for believing him but it is what it is. Now,even though we've been getting to know one another over the phone and through emails for 9 entire months this will be our very first face to face meeting. I'm an adult so I have needs. My question is,will it be a bad look for me if I was to give up the goods when we meet? I have not have in over a yr and am really overdue. Will I be a if I was to sleep with him,considering this will be our first meeting and all? Mature people,please help me!!! If a lot of people say don't do it I will listen. If a lot of people say do it I will listen too. Thanx sooooo much in advance for all of your help people :-)
