Why do i have a bump on each my side of my stomach & it goes to down to my ovaries & my kidneys hurt aswell.?

The bumps i can feel inside.. it gets very painful if i put pressure.. my ovaries been going crazy i don't know why.. but i think it's time for a pap smear got one done 3 months ago and was diagnosed with LSiL! .
