I'm 13 and scared i'm pregnant. Do you think I am?

I know it was wrong of me to have at a young age, but now since I have had it i'm scared I maybe pregnant. I have been feeling very weird in my stomach area and my ovaries, I feel like I am getting bigger, and I have been having very bad discharge. I have been told by a couple of my friends that have had family members that were pregnant say that you have very bad discharge once you become pregnant. I used to be in between not to skinny or not to big, but now I feel like i'm HUGE I keep looking at my stomach and it seems like its getting bigger. It has been 5 days since, could I tell if I am showing or any signs? I have been having a lot of back pain and I have been having trouble getting up I have not been able to lay on my stomach without me feeling like throwing up. If i'm not able to tell just yet when do you think I will be able to?
