Ugh someone please help me i dont know whether or not im pregnant?

What do the instructions on the box say? Brands may be different, so I imagine the company's advice on their own product would be valuable. Did they say / you ask at the hospital if the shrinking cyst would affect your periods? I hope it all turns out for you.
