Is it possible to get pregnant a second time with one ovary?

yes it is.i have 2 friends who had an ectopic pregnancy and had to have there tube and ovary took away which left them with 1 and they both got pregnant. one only took 2months to get pregnant an the other 7months, it can happen. you still ovulate with 1 ovary.
