Pain in left ovary/other symptoms?

I have had a Mirena IUD for a little over one year. For almost two weeks, I've experienced pain in my left ovary, vaginal discharge, sore , and dizziness when I stand up. The pain in my left ovary is a shooting pain that is on and off. Sometimes it is mild, while other times it is quite discomforting. My have been really sore and seem bigger. The vaginal discharge is white and occurs on and off. Also, when I was having with my boyfriend a few days ago, I felt extreme pain in my left ovary. It hurt so bad that we had to stop. I have no idea why I am having these symptoms with this IUD. I currently do not have health insurance and these symptoms have been worrying me. Can anyone please tell me what is going on?
