I don't know how to go about my cyst problem...please help me?

I went into get a ultra sound because I was having severe abdominal pain, and they found out that I have a large cyst on my right ovary. I didn't have the money to get it removed and I thought that it would go away after a while but....it's been about a year and it was "dormant" up until about a month ago and it seems to be getting even worse. I'm having cold sweats when I sneeze it hurts my lower back is getting worse everyday and the other day when getting out of bed to go to the bathroom I moved my lower body first and it felt as though my abdomen was ripping in two and I was on the bed yelling in pain. I feel like I have one on the other side now. I know that I need to get it removed but I don't have insurance and I don't know how to go about this. Do you think I will have a hard time having children when I'm ready to start trying?
