All I want in life is a baby but I cannot get pregnant!? and cannot afford adoption?

adoption and surrogacy are tens of thousands of dollars and we cannot afford that, I am 25 and he is 32 I am scared that we are getting older and will not be able to have children (I have only half the chance of getting pregnant seen as I only have 1 ovary) are there any other options for adoption? or less expensive adoption practises?
