Can ear eczema cause ear popping when I swallow. 10 POINTS?

well it all started with everytime I moved my mouth I could hear something moving in my ear. I went the dr he said i had eczema in my ear c. He gave me drops. I researched it online, people were talking about ear popping. So I swallowed, and my ear kept making this weird loud sound. I wouldn't have noticed it if i diddnt read this. Well the sound cleared up but the popping keeps happening when I swallow. I got sudafed the capsuls. Phenylephrine hyrochlorine. I took 2 yesterday. well when will the popping clear. For a week no I have noticed that my left ear sometime stops popping. Is that indicating it's going to stop popping. Please help the last 3 weeks of my life has been terrible been to the dr 5 times no help.
