Can someone write a program that can rotate a graphic of a 3DS AR card with proper 3d perspective?

This is what I noticed on accident that's really cool. I pointed my 3DS at an AR graphic on a web page with the AR game application. The game reads the AR card on the monitor (or t.v.). I took four pictures of my own AR ? card with side perspectives and I'd like to see a computer program that can rotate a graphic online using a mouse drag or motion capture of the 3DS itself to control the rotation.
