Christians, how could these prophecies of the Bible about the End of Times ever mean anything at all? (read)?

I think you have done a good job of putting together a list of the sins of man that have been done ever since the garden of eden. This list, however, does not include all the prophesies of the Book of Revelation as it relates to the end times. There are prophesies in that book that we have only begun to see take place recently. This means that the time is near. Try reading the WHOLE bible, not just the parts that suit you.
