Does implantation feel like ovulation pain. ?

I am 7 dpo. I didn't do an opk, but I chart my temp every morning. The website I use pinpoints when I ovulated according to my thermal shift. I have had 6 days of high temps. I experienced a dip in my temperature this morning that went below my coverline. Some say this could be implantation dip. Anyways I am feeling ovary pain on my right side. It feels exactly like ovulation pain for me. I have no other symptoms except for urination a lot today. I wanted some advice as to if you can ovulate twice or what implantation feels like. I'm confused by this pain.
