I don't feel good...HELP!?
What you need is to change your state and mentality towards life. Try not to focus on the bad things, they are in the past and it does not make sense to relive them. The first time was bad enough. You need a fresh start and to put your past behind you. Think about your future get some goals and try to focus on them. Also make the best out of life, moderate exercise is also important. An half an hour stroll to get fresh air and to get rid of some of the stress. You should also socialize more, being around friends will put you in a different state of mind. Try to change your daily rituals.... Also watch some clips of Tony Robins on youtube they might be a great help.... Have a great life and don't worry so much especially about the past.... =)
