I have a cyst on my ovary and Its painful?

That does sound odd, cysts are ussually formed by an egg coming out of the ovaries and while yes can be very painful ussuaylly pop with a few days or weeks at most. I have to agree with others and say your doctor isn't telling you something. Go for a second opinion to another doctor.!
