I have unwanted hair an want to get rid?

hi i hope u can help me, i suffer with poly-cystic ovaries and have the side affect of acne and unwanted hair, i have it on my chin belly and back, what can i do to get rid of it?! i do shave it because it looks awful im so not confident anymore its horribly getting me down!!
