PCOS and lymph nodes?

I think i have PCOS(polycistic ovary syndrome) I have most of the symptoms for that excpet weight gain. Anyways i have got weird pain i suspect in my lymph nodes under my arms it was only on my right side yesterday but its on both sides now, I was wondering is lymph node pain common with PCOS?
