Sleep paralysis help?

Sounds like some to do with astral projection, and or your inner eye opening when your asleep why your aware of this happening to you, your sensing a spirit there, why your inner eye opens to see your hand and you think your awake....it's another stage of out of body though your still in your body and aware, and you did say you went in the other room and then you woke up in bed, this time you were completely out of body and then you woke up in bed.
