Who knows more about pcos Polycystic Ovary Syndrome?

If i am dropping more then 2 eggs a once but have a ovarian cyst dose that mean im likely too have twins or more i have pcos..Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and every month i drop 2 to 30 eggs a month please no mean comments im just want to see what my chances are
