Have a question about joining the military?

I have been thinking about going to talk with a recruiter for the navy and the air force but I was wondering if there was a height requirement? I am 5'6 / 5'7 and weigh 140 lbs. I work out regularly and am in good shape but I have been looking online and have found mixed answers. Anybody in the navy or air force that could help it would be appreciated. thanks.
