I am having a cist removed from my ovary in a week what are the risks of anesthesia and dying or being sick?

i am having a cyst removed from my ovary in less than a week, a small simple operation... but i am terrified of the anesthesia... what are my chances of dying or becoming really sick after the surgery? can anyone help me, give me some piece of mind before i go under?
